On 26th July 2024, mlplaw announced they will be assisting clients from the Warrington-based firm, Albinson Napier & Wills. With history dating back to 1758, Albinson Napier have a remarkable legacy in the Warrington area.

Since mlplaw established a strong presence in the local community of Lymm in 2017, this transition represents a seamless and natural fit.

mlplaw initially expanded into the Lymm area with the acquisition of their branch from William H. Lill Solicitors in 2017. The success of the expansion set a precedent, and mlplaw anticipates this opportunity to assist Albinson Napier’s clients will develop mlplaw’s client portfolio and strengthen its ability to address the legal needs of individuals and businesses in both the Lymm and Warrington areas.  The team at mlplaw aim to make the transition as smooth as possible for the clients at Albinson Napier.
