mlplaw has advised December Group Limited, the holding company for a property management and investment group, on a transition deal to make it an employee-owned business.
mlplaw worked alongside Leonherman (December Group’s accountants) and Langtons (December Group’s specialist tax advisors) to develop the deal, which sees December Group become a wholly employee-owned entity.
The deal protects the future of the group and ensures that the ethos under which it was founded remains even after its original owners have transferred control.
